A2 milk has been phenomenally successful, gaining more than 10% of national fresh milk sales in the space of five years. The “branded testimonial” approach that so effectively explained the a2 story had done its job – it was time to build on and amplify the emotional connection that the brand has already established with so many consumers, while at the same time broadening the brand’s appeal. It has already worked spectacularly well.
